Returning the goods

Products that you did not expect and of poor quality can be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery of the product to the Buyer, according to the Minister of Economy in 2001. June 29 by order no. 217 "Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items" approved rules for the return and exchange of items.

The cost of delivering the goods to the seller is paid by the buyer.

By providing the following information:

- Name surname;

- order no.;

- Product Name;

- Bank account number.;

- a request to terminate the sales contract with the specified reason.

In order to return the product(s), the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

1. The returned item must be in its original and undamaged packaging;

2. The product must be unused (testers cannot be returned);

3. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

4. The product must not have lost its marketable appearance, the surface must not be scratched. This clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product. Changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, cannot be considered as essential changes to the appearance of the product;

5. The returned item must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer;

6. When returning the product, it is necessary to present its purchase document (if it was issued) and a completed return document.

7. If the Seller proves that the defects of the goods arose because the Buyer violated the rules of use or storage of the goods, such goods will not be replaced, the defects will not be removed free of charge, and the money will not be returned.

8. In the event of a dispute regarding changes in the appearance of the product or damage to the product, the seller must apply in writing to the State Inspection for Non-Food Products, and upon receiving the written conclusions from it, immediately notify the Buyer. We deliver to other countries by separate agreement, and the price depends on the chosen delivery method.
