3. 13. The customer undertakes not to transfer his registration and login data to third parties. 16. 19. Email the store, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, being unable to deliver the ordered product to the Customer undertakes to offer the Customer an analogous product. If the customer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, the money paid is returned within 3 (three) working days, if the customer has made an advance payment.

IV. PAYMENT FOR GOODS

20. The Customer can pay for the goods:

20.1. using the bank's online banking systems;

20.2. credit and debit card;

20.3. by advance bank transfer;

20.4. in cash at points of sale;

V. DELIVERY OF GOODS

21. Email the store undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Customer after payment to the address specified in the customer's order in the territory of Lithuania and other EU countries:

21.1. When paying in accordance with Clauses 20.1, 20.2, 20.3 of the Rules, the goods are delivered in Lithuania within 1-3 (one-three) working days after receiving the confirmation from the bank. In other EU countries, the goods are delivered within 5-14 (five-fourteen) working days after receiving the confirmation from the bank.

22. The goods will be delivered by E-mail. authorized representative of the store. After the customer signs the consignment note or collects it from the post machines of the authorized representatives, it is considered that the parcel has been transferred (delivered) properly.

23. During the delivery of the goods together with the email. The Customer must check the condition of the shipment with an authorized representative of the store. Upon noticing a violation of the shipment, the Customer must mark it in the shipment's waybill and write a free-form shipment violation act. If the customer signs the consignment note without comments, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in good order. VI. RETURNING THE GOODS

25. After more than 14 (fourteen) days have passed from the day of delivery of the goods, the rules of Retail Trade of the Republic of Lithuania apply to the return of goods.

26. When a defective product is returned, El. the store undertakes to accept the low-quality product and, in the absence of the Customer's objection, replace it with an analogous product. If the customer objects to the exchange of a low-quality product with a high-quality product, we will return the money paid for the low-quality product within 3 (three) working days from the day the product is returned. In the event that it turns out that El. the store does not have a similar product, the money paid for the product will be returned to the Customer within 3 (three) working days from the moment of this clarification.

27. The returned item must be fully assembled. The customer is responsible for the full assembly of the product. If the product is not fully assembled, it is not accepted for return.

28. In cases where you give notice of withdrawal from the purchase-sale contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods (p. 26 of the Rules), it is necessary to submit a completed purchase-sale contract withdrawal form. Returned goods must be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered. The package should be intact, clean, properly prepared and packed. In other cases, when returning goods by email the store wishes to comply with the same requirements or to make maximum efforts to comply with the specified requirements for packaging.

29. The customer has the right to refuse the purchase-sale contract by notifying us about it by e-mail. by mail info@kvapugama.lt or by phone +370 65333390, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of product delivery.

30. In order to cancel the purchase-sale contract, you must notify the contract cancellation in writing to the contact addresses specified in Clause 29 of the Rules within the period specified in the Rules. Confirmation of contract cancellation will be sent to the e-mail specified by the Customer. by post If the Customer does not receive confirmation within 3 working days, it is mandatory to contact E. store administration. After canceling the contract, within 3 (three) working days, the Customer must contact us by phone or e-mail. by mail to coordinate with E. the method of returning the product to the store (all issues of picking up, transporting and other transportation of the product to the location specified in the E-store). In this case, the Customer himself must return the purchased product that meets the requirements of Clauses 30 and 31 of the Rules. Upon cancellation of the contract, the money paid for the product will be returned within 3 (three) working days from the day of return of the product.

31. The customer does not have the right to refuse the purchase-sale contract if the product has been damaged or the appearance of the product has fundamentally changed; Mrchanges to the appearance of the eyelet, which were necessary to inspect the received product, are not considered essential changes to the appearance of the product.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS

35. All disagreements regarding the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach an agreement within 30 (thirty) days, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

36. Request/complaint regarding E-mail goods purchased in the store can be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (http://www.vvtat.lt).

37. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules.
